Adjustment

NOTE:
The roof opening panel must be in the CLOSED position.
Loosen the roof opening panel bolts on both sides.

Measure and adjust the front of the roof opening panel glass to roof clearances as shown.

Measure and adjust the rear of the roof opening panel glass to roof clearances as shown.
-
Tighten the roof opening panel bolts on both sides.
Torque:
35 lb.in (4 Nm)

Initialize the power roof opening panel.
Refer to: Power Roof Opening Panel Initialization (501-17 Roof Opening Panel, General Procedures).
Initialization
NOTE:
A new roof opening panel motor only moves towards the vent position until it is initialized.
NOTE:
An initialization procedure that was interrupted or not
completed can be started again after cycling the ignition from ON to OFF
and back to ON again...
