Removal

Remove the steering column shrouds.
Refer to: Steering Column Shrouds (501-05 Interior Trim and Ornamentation, Removal and Installation).

Disconnect the electrical connector, release the tabs and remove the PATS transceiver.

Installation

Visually inspect to verify the ring is installed on the PATS transceiver.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
