Removal

Release the clips and remove the instrument panel center finish panel.

Disconnect the electrical connectors.
Use the General Equipment: Interior Trim Remover

Rotate and remove the selector lever knob.

Remove the gearshift lever boot.
Installation
-
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
Adjustment
Position the gearshift in N and apply the P brake.
Remove the air cleaner outlet pipe...

Remove the floor console.

Disconnect the gearshift cable ends from the ball studs,
slide the lock sleeve and remove the gearshift cables from the
gearshift lever...
