Removal

Remove the instrument panel center upper trim panel.
Refer to: Instrument Panel Center Upper Trim Panel (501-12 Instrument Panel and Console, Removal and Installation).

Remove the screws and the FDIM .
- Disconnect the electrical connectors.
  Torque: 14 lb.in (1.6 Nm)

Remove the screws and separate the APIM from the FDIM .
- Disconnect the electrical connector.
  Torque: 9 lb.in (1 Nm)

Installation

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
