Ford Fiesta: Bumpers / Front Bumper Cover. Disassembly and Assembly
DISASSEMBLY
NOTE:
Disassembly steps in this procedure may contain assembly details.

Remove the front bumper cover.
Refer to: Front Bumper Cover (501-19 Bumpers, Removal and Installation).

NOTE:
The ST foglamp bezel is shown, the base foglamp bezel is similar.
On both sides.
Remove the screws and the fog lamp.

On both sides.
Release the tabs and remove the fog lamp bezel panel.

Release the tabs and remove the upper radiator grille.
-
Release the tabs and remove the lower radiator grille.
ASSEMBLY

To assemble, reverse the disassembly procedure.

Remove the bolt and the rear seatbelt buckles...
Pressure release
NOTE:
The fuel pump relay fuse is located in the BJB , location F11.
Remove the fuel pump relay fuse.
NOTE:
It may take up to several minutes before the engine stalls.
Start the engine and allow it to idle until the engine stalls...
