Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

  1. Remove the front bumper cover.
    Refer to: Front Bumper Cover (501-19 Bumpers, Removal and Installation).
  1. Remove the bolts and the radiator deflector.
  1. Disconnect the electrical connector, detach the wiring harness retainers and position the wiring harness aside.
  1. Remove the bolts and the retainers.

  1. Remove the active grille shutter.
    1. Remove the front lower air deflector.
    1. Release the retaining tabs.
    1. Remove the active grille shutter.

Installation

  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
