Ford Fiesta: Front End Body Panels / Active Grille Shutter. Removal and Installation
Removal
NOTE:

Remove the front bumper cover.
Refer to: Front Bumper Cover (501-19 Bumpers, Removal and Installation).

Remove the bolts and the radiator deflector.
-
Disconnect the electrical connector, detach the wiring harness retainers and position the wiring harness aside.

Remove the bolts and the retainers.
-
Remove the active grille shutter.
-
Remove the front lower air deflector.
-
Release the retaining tabs.
-
Remove the active grille shutter.
Installation
-
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
