Ford Fiesta: Accessory Drive - 1.6L EcoBoost (132kW/180PS) – Sigma / Accessory Drive Belt. Removal and Installation

Removal
NOTE:
Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist.
Refer to: Jacking and Lifting - Overview (100-02 Jacking and Lifting, Description and Operation).

Remove the retainers and the the accessory drive belt cover.

Rotate the accessory drive belt tensioner counterclockwise and remove the accessory drive belt.

Release the tabs and position the degas bottle aside.
-
Install a jack and wooden block under the engine oil pan to support the engine.

Remove the nuts.
Torque:
59 lb.ft (80 Nm)

Remove the bolts and the RH engine mount.
Torque:
35 lb.ft (48 Nm)
-
Remove the bolts, accessory drive belt tensioner and accessory drive belt.
Torque:
35 lb.ft (48 Nm)
Installation
-
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
-
Tighten the RH engine mount studs.
Torque:
89 lb.in (10 Nm)
-
After installation, make sure the accessory drive belt is correctly seated on all pulleys.
