Ford Fiesta: Climate Control System - General Information / Evaporator. Removal and Installation

Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

1. Remove the instrument panel.
   Refer to: Instrument Panel (501-12 Instrument Panel and Console, Removal and Installation).
   

1. Disconnect the electrical connectors, detach the wiring harness retainers and position aside the wiring harness.
   

1. Remove the heater tube dash panel seal, remove the retainers and the heater tube bracket.
   

1. Remove the retainers and the evaporator cover.
   

1. Remove the retainers, the air inlet cover housing and the evaporator.
   

Installation

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
